Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After canceling, you then have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Return shipping from your home to our store is free – every order includes a return label you can use.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the full order amount within 14 days of your return notification, as long as we’ve received the product in good condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more worn or used than necessary for trying it out, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure it's well packaged when returning it.
